Butter Cream Icing
Ingredients
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter not margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp milk or cream, as needed
Instructions
- Soften butter and place into a mixer.
- Slowly add the powdered sugar.
- Add the vanilla, and start with 1 tbsp of milk until the consistency is right.
Optional
- You can add spices or cocoa powder.
