Instructions
Pre heat oven to 400℉.
Spray baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, cream cheese, poblano, jalapeno, cumin, salt, and pepper.
3 cups chicken,
8 oz colby jack cheese,
4 oz cream cheese,
1 poblano pepper,
1 jalapeno,
1 tbsp cumin,
1 1/2 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp pepper
On a floured surface, unroll pie crust. Cut into large circles, and use a 3 inch round cutter make smaller circles.
15 oz pie crust
Place 1 heaping teaspoon of chicken mixture in the middle of each circle.
Fold pastry over filling and seal pressing edges with a fork.
Place on the baking sheet and bake 15 minutes or until brown.
Serve immediately.
