Cook pasta as directed.
In a large skillet heat 1 tbsp of the oil over high heat.
Add eggs and scramble until firm; transfer to a plate.
Add the remaining oil, then all of the veggies, except ginger and garlic.
Stir fry 2 minutes.
Add the ginger and garlic.
Stir fry 1 more minute.
In a small bowl or jar, stir together the soy sauce, black bean sauce, lime juice, hot sauce, honey or sugar, and sesame oil.
Toss the pasta with the sauce, veggies and top with the egg.
Serve.
