Veggie Spaghetti Sauce
This is a non-meat spaghetti sauce, that is really filling.

crushed tomatoes

zucchini
sliced

whole
yellow squash
sliced

oz
mushrooms
sliced
2
whole
carrots
chopped
3
cloves
garlic
diced
½
tsp
basil
½
tsp
oregano
½
tsp
thyme
salt, pepper, & red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions
In a 4 quart slow cooker, combine tomatoes, zucchini, squash, mushrooms, carrots, garlic, herbs, and spices.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
Serve over pasta.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Notes
You can add Italian sausage if you would like.
