balsamic vinegar
½
cup
olive oil

tsp
rosemary
fresh

tbsp
salt

tsp
black pepper
½
cup
parmesan cheese
grated
Instructions
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.
Mix balsamic, oil, rosemary, salt, & pepper in a medium bowl.
Clean potatoes and cut into wedges and toss to mix and coat potatoes well.
Place on a baking sheet, then drizzle remaining sauce on top.
Bake for 12 minutes; turn over and bake another 12 minutes or until soft.
Remove from pan and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, enjoy!
