Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Make cornbread as directed by package; cool 25 minutes, then crumble into a medium bowl.
Heat 1/4 cup of margarine in a skillet; add the celery, green onion; saute until celery is tender, about 5 minutes.
Add the celery mix to the cornbread along with the seasonings (except baking powder), egg, and the broth.
Mix well, add the baking powder.
Arrange in a greased baking dish,
Bake covered 30 minutes then remove the foil, and bake 15 more minutes or until browned.
