Ingredients

elbow pasta

tbsp
butter
2
tbsp
all purpose flour
2
cup
milk
room tempature
8
oz
velvetta
cut into cubes
½
tsp
salt
½
cup
cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cook pasta as directed, and drain.
In a medium saucepan melt the butter.
Blend in the flour, salt, & pepper.
Add the milk in slowly, while whisking.
Cook until thick & bubbly, while whisking.
Add the velvetta and stir until all combined and or melted.
Mix the cheese sauce & pasta.
Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Place shredded cheese on top and bake another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
