Preheat oven to 400℉.
Heat a large pot of water and cook ziti as directed.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet heat oil until hot (not smoking).
2 tsp olive oil
Add onion & garlic and cook on medium heat stirring often until tender.

Stir in sausage and cook until its no longer pink.

Add the wine, and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated.
½ cup white wine
Stir in the flour until well combined.
2 tbsp all purpose flour
Add the milk and cook until slightly thickened.

Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings and cook for about five minutes.
3 cups tomato sauce, ¾ tsp oregano, ½ tsp rosemary, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper
Add the meat sauce to the pasta and toss until it's all coated evenly.
Spoon the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and bake for 10 minutes uncovered.
Add the cheese to the top and bake 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
