Instructions
For Dough
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and lightly grease a baking sheet.
Dissolve yeast and sugar in water; allow to rest for 8 minutes.
Add flour and salt and mix to form dough. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 2 minutes.
Roll out with a rolling pin until it’s about 1/4 inch thick. Use a glass or cookie cutter to form the size and shapes of the pizzas you’d like.
Place pizzas on baking sheet and poke with a fork to prevent air pockets.
Bake for 5 minutes. Remove, let cool and serve.
Store extras in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
For Toppings
Leave the oven on 425 degrees.
Put your tomato sauce base, cheese, and your choice of toppings.
Bake 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Enjoy
Notes
You can make a large or two medium pizzas too! Just don't bake the dough during the first steps. Make it as directed, put toppings on, then bake!
