Smoked Leg Quarters

Ingredients
- 6 leg quarters
- Bill Seasoning
- Adams Kicked Up Chicken Seasoning
- Spray Oil
- Jalapeno BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- Spray 6 leg quarters with Spray Oil, season with Bill Seasoning and Adams Kicked Up Chicken Seasoning. Place in fridge.
- Set grill to 300. Cook for about 30 minutes.
- Spray with more oil, cook for another 30 minutes or until 160 degrees.
- Baste Jalapeno BBQ Sauce on all the chicken and turn grill up to 350.
- Cook for another 10 minutes or until 175 degrees.
Notes
You don't need to flip the chicken for this recipe.
