Angel Hair with Chicken and Artichokes
Simple goodness.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 small marinated artichokes jar
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 ¼ lbs chicken cooked & cubed
- ½ box angel hair pasta
- 1 cup white wine
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- butter
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan.Olive Oil
- Add garlic and cook until aromatic.1 tbsp garlic
- Add the artichokes for about 3 minutes.1 small marinated artichokes
- Add white wine, lemon slices, and a spoonful of butter.1 lemon, 1 cup white wine, butter
- Simmer on low until all in corporated.
- Remove the lemon, add the chicken.1 ¼ lbs chicken
- Salt & pepper to taste.salt & pepper
- Cook the angel hair as directed.½ box angel hair pasta
- Add to sauce and toss.
- Sprinkle with cheese & serve.¼ cup parmesan cheese
Notes
- You can omit the chicken if you would like.
